The location was perfect and we were welcomed warmly by all front staff and concierge/door staff.the room was quiet and super clean. The shower was very good and the bathroom and entire room felt spacious.We enjoyed some afternoon drinks and snacks in the bar and those staff were also awesome. Nice lobby with comfortable seating or conversational areas. We walked everywhere in minutes. We did not get a chance to try Ellington’s on this trip.

There were quite a few unexpected fees. They only have valet parking, and it's $65/day, and they gave you food credits, but you paid a fee for that. As well as a "complimentary" drink upon check-in that you also pay a fee for. The food in the restaurants was mediocre at best, and the service at the lobby one was VERY slow. But pretty much all of the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. And it was cleaned every day, which I appreciate! It's the perfect location with only a short walk to Broadway and the heart of all the action down there.

We were able to check in early and were greeted with complimentary welcome drinks. Unlimited bottles of water were offered to us for the duration of our stay and we also received two $15 vouchers to use at any restaurant in the hotel. The hotel was hosting pop-up bar on the rooftop and gave us priority access on opening night. Coffee and tea were also complimentary for us for the entire stay.

Location was perfect for enjoying Downtown Nashville on foot. Close to Broadway and all the major things to do in that area. Room was nice with details in the decor. Welcome drink at check in and bag holding for us until the room was ready were both nice to have too. Cute bar and coffee/sandwhich shop and gift shop off the lobby.

Katie on reception was so amazing welcoming us with a beer and glass of fizz when we arrived. She upgraded us to a gorgeous corner room with a view of the city. I love that it is a 5 minute walk to Broadway so it is quiet during the night. Far enough away not to hear the humdrum of the centre but close enough to easily walk to anywhere. Cleaner oom, good wifi, gorgeous penthouse bar. Nice free coffees. I would definitely stay again thanks so much.

Great location near the Broadway. Spacious and clean room. We stayed 4 nights and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! First hotel ever where they poured us a glass of shampagne during arrival. Classy move and the hotel felt classy in every way.

The location was amazing since we were walking to the Shiner's show right beside of it. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary drinks at check in were a great surprise and it made you feel special. They had a themed bar as well on the top floor and it looked beautiful!

The hotel was spotless, decor was fabulous and the friendly and polite staff topped it off. A birthday request for my other half had been accommodated amazingly, which we were so grateful for! Location was perfect with everything on the doorstep within a few minutes walk - Especially the view from the room Would not hesitate to recommend 😊
